Step 22.1: Get access to Campaign Performance Data
This will be provided to you by the admin team.
Step 22.2: Understand the Metrics, the Campaign Performance and Your Performance
There are countless metrics that help you monitor and manage different aspects of Digital Marketing. Here we will keep things simple and focus on the fundamental metrics including:
Views: This tells us how many people the campaign material reached.
Watch Time: This gives us a sense of how much was the content actually consumed.
Engagement:
Reactions: This tells us about people's overall feeling about the content.
Comments: This indicates how engaging the content was - did a person feel compelled to share their thoughts or feelings after watching your content.
Shares: This indicates whether the person felt it would be good for others to view your content (whether due to information value, entertainment value, or some other reason) - and, as we discussed earlier, the ultimate determinant of the success of your content.
Step 22.3: Join the Group Performance Evaluation session

The session will help you to understand how to interpret the data and how to use it to improve your own performance.
This will happen once the campaigning exercise is fully complete.
